I'm Sarah and I accompany female professionals who are seeking change or moments of transition along their career path. Women, who are in leadership roles or making their way towards it: as employees or entrepreneurs.
Based in Amsterdam and Hamburg, I work in English and German, both in person and online. I’m particularly passionate about Female Leadership and empowering women who feel ready to take over the responsibility of their career and professional development.
If you’re navigating a career transition, questioning your next step, or wanting to grow into your leadership role, I offer a space to reflect, gain clarity, and move forward with confidence.
I offer workshops and group formats that invite shared learning, reflection, and exchange. A particular focus lies on Female Leadership & Empowerment, supporting women who want to grow, connect, and lead with more confidence.
I work with organizations that want to strengthen female professionals among their employees, developing leadership skills, and resilience. I support employees in stepping into new roles, developing within consisting ones and create spaces for reflection and meaningful development.
My approach
My coaching approach is collaborative and reflective. There are no pre-set answers, but a safe space for exploration, awareness, and progress. I believe that professional development is closely connected to personal growth - that is way I pay close attention to you as a person within your professional role. As my client you benefit from my leadership experience in the arts and media industry, my consulting expertise, and my knowledge of holistic disciplines. I integrate psychodynamic and systemic perspectives to help you uncover unconscious dynamics and patterns.

About me
My professional background is in cultural management and the media industry – areas in which I have worked for over ten years in various institutions and companies. From agency work to state-run cultural institutions to public-sector structures, I have become familiar with a range of working environments throughout my career. With a leadership experience in digital communications, PR, marketing & sales, and event management, my career has taken me into the field of classical music, specifically the opera and concert industry. I know for myself what it means to navigate complex structures and leadership responsibility. During my work as a cultural manager, I have also increasingly engaged with holistic concepts of personal development in recent years. As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, I bring a holistic perspective to my coaching work, integrating belief work and subconscious processes into the development journey. This approach strengthens the connection between body, mind, and soul, supporting a sustainable success mindset and mental well-being. It provides the foundation and tools needed to grow into conscious, resilient leadership. When desired, I help my clients identify and release mental blocks using targeted techniques, enabling them to fully realize their potential. Because when we are grounded and internally strong, professional challenges can be navigated effectively - and in a healthy way. I live with my partner and son in Hamburg and Amsterdam. I offer coaching sessions in person and online.
