Coaching Groups
DEVELOPMENT & EMPOWERMENT AMONG PEERS
A space for new perspectives
I facilitate group coaching formats that create opportunities for reflection, exchange, and development. Working in a group allows participants to explore different perspectives and learn from shared experiences. This connection with peers is truly valuable and fosters accountability.
The topics I cover add to the ongoing dialogue on Female Leadership and empowerment. A stance and mindset that are urgently needed in a society that must move beyond outdated models of leadership.
Coaching groups offer longer-term support for professional development. Group coaching provides an ongoing reflective space where participants work on their own questions while learning from others. These formats support personal and professional development over time and are particularly suited for leadership and career-related growth.

Coaching in a Group Setting
A SPACE TO LET GO OF THE ARMOUR
If we want to reflect on our professional life and develop our careers, we need spaces in which we can lay off our masks and talk openly. If we do that together with like-minded women, we can benefit from the joint forces of the group and the sense of community, accountability and connection.
Coaching in a group setting provides an ongoing container where participants reflect on their own questions while learning from others. This format fosters the authentic development of a leadership role and supports in navigating (a team) through change.
Through the group process, a shared field of learning emerges. One that offers resonance, insights, and mirrors you back to yourself. Because I am convinced: True, sustainable development only happens through your own inner process.

I bet you can relate?
Many female professionals tend to be more hesitant when offered a leadership role*
Self-doubt and imposter syndrome continue to undermine even highly qualified women
A lack of relatable role models makes it difficult to envision leadership on one’s own terms
The "Busy-Bee Effect" dampens visibility: hard work remains unrecognized, while others advance more strategically
Approval-seeking behavior leads to overperformance and weak boundary-setting
Yet, it doens't feel right, to copy the ellbow-mentality....

Coaching Groups
A SPACE TO LET GO OF THE ARMOUR
Group coaching provides an ongoing reflective space where participants work on their own questions while learning from others. These formats support personal and professional development over time and are particularly suited for leadership and career-related growth.
How does it work?
Have you ever experienced a circle? A peer-group in which you feel seen and allowed to share your challenges? Than this is for you! In groups of only 4-6 women, a safe space is ensured: to work on your work-related obstacles or difficulties.
In every session two individual cases will be brought to the group to work on together. Over six sessions, the individuals will develop their own goals through the group as a container. The group work is supported by gentle reflection tools as meditation or intuitive writing, that help you reconnect with yourself, strengthen your intuition, and integrate what arises into your personal and professional life.

Inner Work - Outer Results
recognizing patterns and strengthening trust in your own leadership capacity.
sharing you're challenges and realizing you are not alone in your experiences.
a feeling of belonging in a community of like-minded women.
growing a leadership mindset in a way that feels authentic and sustainable.
embedding new insights through continuous dialogue and peer exchange.

“What stood out to me most is how truly tailor-made her approach was, not just to my overall situation, but even within each individual session. She adjusted the exercises, the pace, and the focus to exactly what I needed in that moment. Because of that, I made a huge amount of progress in a very short period of time and was able to make important decisions much earlier than I otherwise would have. Overall, I reached my goals faster, with more clarity and confidence and that’s largely thanks to her intuitive, personalized style. Sarah is truly exceptional at what she does."

"Working with Sarah helped me on a much deeper level than I initially expected. While, with her support, I did achieve my original goal of an early promotion, the true value for me lay in her holistic approach. Her perspective that personal patterns and professional behavior are inseparably connected opened up a space for reflection far beyond traditional career topics. With great clarity, empathy, and well-chosen methods, Sarah helped me bring to light themes I had not previously been aware of. Especially on a personal level, there were unexpected and deeply valuable breakthroughs that continue to shape how I work today, make decisions, and relate to myself.I left the coaching with greater inner clarity, renewed motivation, and a strengthened trust in my own perception. Anyone seeking genuine, sustainable development will find in Sarah an exceptionally competent and impactful coach.

"Sarah creates a calm and trusting atmosphere in which you immediately feel at ease and comfortable opening up. She listens with exceptional attention and not only remembers details but also recognizes connections across multiple sessions that you may not even be aware of yourself. Themes are further developed over the course of the sessions, which made the coaching truly tailored to me.
Whenever helpful, she brings in relevant examples, references, and exercises. We discussed and reflected on the results of these exercises together.
What was particularly valuable for me were the new perspectives she opened up — viewpoints from which I would never have considered certain situations before. Since the coaching, I consciously apply these new angles in a wide range of (work-related) situations, which has made the coaching experience deeply sustainable for me."

Client
"The coaching sessions with Sarah was a truly valuable step at a time when I was at a turning point in my career and seeking greater clarity about my next steps. With a high level of professional expertise, empathy, and—above all—structure, she supported me at a crucial stage in my career and throughout the application process. I found it particularly helpful that she made my individual strengths and resources visible and helped me develop realistic yet motivating next steps.
I left the coaching with greater self-confidence and a renewed perspective on my professional situation. Anyone looking to make a career change, reposition themselves professionally, or seek support during the application process is in excellent hands with Sarah."

"Before the coaching, I struggled with the feeling of not being able to do justice to both my work and my family, and I was searching for a sustainable way to work part-time in the cultural sector. In a short period of time, the coaching helped me set clear boundaries and communicate them confidently. I now experience calmer work phases, greater balance in my everyday working life, and a positive impact on both myself and my family. Seeing such concrete change within just a few months has been deeply enriching and motivating. In the cultural sector, where commitment often exceeds one's own limits, this was a decisive step towards greater clarity and balance in my everyday working life."

About me
My professional background is in cultural management and the media industry – areas in which I have worked for over ten years in various institutions and companies. From agency work to state-run cultural institutions to public-sector structures, I have become familiar with a range of working environments throughout my career. With a leadership experience in digital communications, PR, marketing & sales, and event management, my career has taken me into the field of classical music, specifically the opera and concert industry. I know for myself what it means to navigate complex structures and assume leadership responsibility. During my work as a cultural manager, I have also increasingly engaged with holistic concepts of personal development in recent years. In the context of yoga approaches, working with beliefs, and the subconscious, I have been able to acquire valuable skills and abilities. I incorporate this knowledge, which contributes significantly to the connection between body, mind, and soul, into my consulting. It contributes to a sustainable success mindset and mental health, providing the tools needed to become a successful leader. Specifically, I help my clients, upon request, overcome mental blocks with the help of various tools so they can fully realize their potential. Because with inner strength, professional challenges can be tackled effectively and, above all, healthily. I live with my partner and son in Hamburg and Amsterdam. I offer coaching and supervision in person and online.
