Leadership Development for Female Professionals
I support female professionals in developing their role as team or project leaders. My approach is collaborative and reflective: rather than providing predefined solutions, I create a safe space for individuls to explore dynamics and patterns that shape their perception of their leadership role.
By integrating psychodynamic, systemic, and organizational perspectives, teams gain clarity, shared understanding, and develop sustainable ways of working together. Each engagement is tailored to the organisation's context and objectives.
I offer 1:1 trajectories for employees as well as trainings or workshops.

NEW PERSPECTIVES IN A LEADING ROLE
In my 1:1 settings I accompany female employees in two different key roles: either in developing a mind- and skillset that allows to take over more responsibility within the organsiation or in finding an authentic approach within their leadership roles.
I always focus at the person within the role - what are the resources that are asked to be activated? Which patterns or dynamics need to be understood in order to deal with daily tasks and challenges from an authentic point of view? If we look at Leadership Coaching from this perspective, people in leading roles will naturally develop the skills needed to lead sustainable and with a clear perspective to contribute to a healthy environment.

Within the concept of Female Leadership we trust the fact that a new style of leadership is possible without serving outdated power patterns and about elbowing your way to the top. I am convinced, that being successful and influential is possible while staying true to your own values.

My professional background is in cultural management and the media industry – areas in which I have worked for over ten years in various institutions and companies. From agency work to state-run cultural institutions to public-sector structures, I have become familiar with a range of working environments throughout my career. With a leadership experience in digital communications, PR, marketing & sales, and event management, my career has taken me into the field of classical music, specifically the opera and concert industry. I know for myself what it means to navigate complex structures and assume leadership responsibility.
