Leadership Development for Female Professionals
I support female professionals in developing their role as team or project leaders. My approach is collaborative and reflective: rather than providing predefined solutions, I create a safe space for individuals to explore dynamics and patterns that shape their perception of their leadership role.
By integrating psychodynamic, systemic, and organizational perspectives, employees in leading positions gain clarity, a deeper understanding and support in the development of their role.
I offer 1:1 trajectories for employees as well as trainings or workshops.

NEW PERSPECTIVES IN A LEADING ROLE
In my 1:1 coaching, I work with female employees at two key stages: either already in leading roles, refining an authentic leadership style, or preparing for that step by building the mind- and skill set to take on greater responsibility.
I work with a focus on the person within the role, exploring which inner resources are ready to be activated? Which patterns or dynamics need to be understood in order to deal with daily tasks and challenges from an authentic point of view? If we look at Leadership Coaching from this perspective, people in leading roles will naturally develop the skills needed to lead sustainably and with a clear perspective to contribute to a healthy environment.

Within the concept of Female Leadership we trust the fact that a new style of leadership is possible without serving outdated power patterns and about elbowing your way to the top. I am convinced, that being successful and influential is possible while staying true to your own values.

My professional background is in cultural management and the media industry – areas in which I have worked for over ten years in various institutions and companies. From agency work to state-run cultural institutions to public-sector structures, I have become familiar with a range of working environments throughout my career. With a leadership experience in digital communications, PR, marketing & sales, and event management, my career has taken me into the field of classical music, specifically the opera and concert industry. I know for myself what it means to navigate complex structures and assume leadership responsibility.
